Industrial Sectors

AERONAUTIC

This is LOXIN's main sectorial activity. Most of the references achieved during its work history come from this industrial sector.  The projects in this segments demand at any time the newest and most up-to-date technologies in which LOXIN has shown its very wide possibilities.

 

AEROSPACE

In this sector, LOXIN has proved to be an excellent machinery supplier (Turn Key projects) in a specific Aerospace project as is the special machine developped for Milling / Drilling of inner sides of the  Arianne rocket.
 

RAILWAYS

This is also a very well tested area for LOXIN Gantry milling machines possibilities. The flexibility of the Tricept module installed in a Gantry support allows excellent solutions for the machining of long panels for wagon structures both on aluminium and steel.

 

AUTOMOTION

There are a number of references of solutions that Tricept modules can provide for this sector. Several structural parts for engine supports are currently being manufactured by means of complex cells based on Tricept Technology.

 

FOUNDRIES

This one is a very promissing segment for new applications of LOXIN machines based on Tricept. There are currently some machines performing the deburring of cylinder block steel cast iron. Beyond this, the possibilities of combining "deburring" with "references" machinings offers a very wide range of possibilities for LOXIN machinery.

 

LARGE STRUCTURES

This is a generic industrial area unexplored for now by LOXIN. As with the Railways Sector, the Tricept technical features together with the LOXIN orthogonal support machinery offers wide range of new possibilities.
